The Clarity Call
One hour, expert eyes, and clear next steps.
A Clarity Call is a one-to-one video call where we look at what's going on with your website or your wider digital strategy, properly, under the surface.
You bring the questions, the niggles, or your Website Workout results, I bring an experienced eye and honest answers. You leave with clear next steps.
What happens on the call
The Clarity Call
We meet on video for an hour and go where your digital strategy needs us to. That might mean:

Talking through your Website Workout results and what they add up to.

Getting into the back end of your website to look at what's really going on.

Untangling one specific problem that's been bothering you for months.

Working out if your site can actually support what you're planning next.

Deciding, honestly, what your sensible next step is, even if that step isn't me.
There's no script and no pitch. It's your hour, and the agenda is whatever's keeping your website on your mind.
After the call, you walk away with:

The call recording.
The full hour is yours to watch back whenever you need it, and to share with colleagues who want to see what was covered.

Your action points.
At the end of the call I talk through what to do next and in what order, and that list also gets sent by email so nothing relies on your notes.

A week of follow-up.
You get 7 days of follow-up for any questions about what we covered, so you can just ask if you get lost when implementing your action list.

Who it's for.
The Clarity Call is one-to-one deliberately: one hour, you and me, focused on your website, or your wider digital strategy, wherever the hour is best spent. It suits a Marketing Manager who wants a second opinion before proposing anything internally, an organisation weighing up whether the site needs attention or replacement, a Website Workout finisher ready to talk through their results, or anyone who's been quoted for work and can't tell whether it's necessary. If the conversation needs more than one person in the room, it almost certainly needs more than an hour, so get in touch and we'll work out the right shape for it instead.

How it works.
Tell me about it.
A short booking form asks what's going on and where to focus, so the hour starts moving from minute one.
We talk.
One hour on video, in plain English, at whatever technical level suits you.
Everything lands in your inbox.
The recording and your action points follow by email, and the seven days of follow-up start from there.

What happens after.
Some Clarity Calls end with everything answered. Others surface something worth looking at in more depth, and if so, I'll tell you what I'd recommend and why. That might be a Website Once Over, a Digital Deep Dive, or some hands-on Divi help over at Divi with Kate. The recommendation is yours to take or leave, and the call is complete value on its own either way.
FAQs
Have any questions?
Do I need to prepare anything?
The booking form covers the essentials. Beyond that, just bring whatever's been bothering you, and if you've done the Website Workout, have your results handy.
Will you need access to my website?
No, and I won't log into your site at this stage; that's what the fuller diagnostics are for. If you can share your screen, we can look at things together, and we can achieve a lot in an hour.
What if my site isn't WordPress?
For strategic questions, the call works whatever your site runs on. For technical, under-the-bonnet questions, I only work with WordPress, so if your site's on another platform and your questions are mostly technical, this probably isn't the right fit.
Can I bring a colleague?
The call is one-to-one, that's what keeps it focused and keeps the fee where it is. The recording and action points are yours to share, and if your situation needs several people in the conversation, get in touch about a better-shaped piece of work.
What does the follow-up cover?
Questions about what we covered on the call. If something new comes up, that's a fresh conversation, and I'll tell you honestly which it is.
