I go through your entire site using my 60+ point checklist. The technical setup, security and backups, mobile experience, plugins, brand consistency, user journeys and SEO. Not just what looks wrong, but what's causing problems underneath.
You walk away with:
A written report.
Clear feedback on what's working, what could be better, and what's broken, in plain English, written for you and anyone you need to share it with.
An action list.
What's urgent, what to do first, and what can wait, tailored to your goals and to what you can take on.
A findings call.
Thirty minutes at the end to walk through the report together, answer your questions, and work out the sensible next steps.

The Website Once Over is built for websites where the person I'm talking to is the person who decides. Maybe the site was put together in a hurry back when there were more urgent fires to fight, and it's never had a proper going-over since. Maybe things have been added over the years, by different people, with different plugins, and you've gradually lost track of how it all fits together. What your site needs is someone to establish what's really there, so your decisions about it stand on solid ground. The kick-off call.
Thirty minutes on video to talk through where the site is now, what you need from it, and where the review should focus. Had a Clarity Call in the last 14 days? We skip this step, and your Website Once Over is £450.
The review.
I get into your site and work through the full 60+ point checklist, then write up the report and your prioritised action checklist.
The findings call.
We walk through everything together and work out your sensible next steps, and the report and checklist are yours whatever you decide to do next.
What happens after.
For some, the checklist is the plan. Work through it at your own pace, with the priorities already set. For others, the Website Once Over surfaces enough that the findings deserve a proper sequencing, and that's what the Tactical Timeline is for, turning the diagnosis into an ordered roadmap. And if the right next step is hands-on build work, everything from this point forward is scoped on evidence rather than guesswork, which is exactly how I like to work and how you keep costs honest.

Have any questions?
What if there's nothing wrong with our site?
Then the report says so, and you get something rare: confidence in your website, in writing. I'll be honest with you though, I've done a lot of these, and I've never once finished a review with nothing worth improving.
Couldn't we do an audit ourselves?
The Website Workout exists for exactly that, and it's £15. The Website Once Over goes where a self-check can't, an expert going through your site personally, finding the problems you can't see from the dashboard, and telling you which ones matter.
Do you need access to our website?
Yes, this is the stage where I get into the site itself. I'll ask for what I need at the kick-off call, and everything is handled carefully and confidentially.
What happens to the fee if we go on to bigger work?
The Website Once Over stands on its own, and it's also the foundation everything else is built on. Any work I propose afterwards is scoped from its findings, so you're never paying me to guess.
How long does it take?
Once your Website Once Over starts, it moves quickly, but my start dates depend on what's already booked in, so the best thing to do is ask. When you get in touch I'll tell you my next available slot, and the fee and timings are confirmed before anything begins.
