Your Tactical Timeline sets out who does what, with some tasks sitting with you and your team, some with your other suppliers, and some with me. During the Roadmap Rollout, I deliver the strategic, design and technical work assigned to me, and I project manage the plan itself.
I carry out the work and keep everything moving, watching the dependencies, and keeping the live TT up to date so “where are we up to?” always has an answer.
You can count on:
Payment tracks progress.
Fees are invoiced phase by phase as each one is delivered and signed off, so you’re always paying for work you can see. The proposal sets out the payment schedule in full before anything starts.
Deliverables are yours as we go.
Everything produced transfers to you as its phase completes, stored where you can reach it. If we stopped tomorrow, you’d keep everything finished so far.
Feedback is built in where needed.
Revision rounds sit at the stages where your input matters most, agreed in the proposal, so you always know when you’ll need to give feedback.

Roadmap Rollout is for Tactical Timeline owners who want their plan delivered, not just handed over. No two Roadmap Rollouts look the same, because no two Tactical Timelines do. Yours might be a contained project over a few months or a longer programme with several people involved. Some plans need regular input from your side, others mostly need me. Either way, the tasks and owners are agreed before Roadmap Rollout starts, so nobody’s surprised by their own to-do list.

Built directly from your Tactical Timeline, quoting a fee for each phase and its deliverables. You’ll see exactly what the work involves and what it costs before committing to any of it.
Phased delivery.
I work through the plan, delivering my tasks, keeping everything coordinated, and updating the live TT as we go, with your feedback points built in.
Launch and handover.
Everything I’ve built comes with the guidelines and training to use it confidently, so routine editing is yours from day one.
What happens after.
Everything I build during a Roadmap Rollout is built with your independence in mind. After launch, routine editing should be confidently managed by you, with me stepping in when needed for the more complex tasks. Some clients want continued support once the site is live, help with new content, further improvements from the TT’s later phases, or a steady pair of hands for the bigger jobs. If that’s you, we’ll agree the shape of it closer to launch, once it’s clear what you genuinely need. It’s a possibility, never an obligation, and the training you’ve had means it’s a choice rather than a dependency.

Have any questions?
Can you deliver a plan we already have?
No, Roadmap Rollout delivers Tactical Timelines only. The TT is built from a proper diagnosis of your site and systems, and that’s what makes it deliverable. I know the plan is right because I built it on evidence. If you have a plan from elsewhere, the journey still starts with a diagnostic, and your existing plan becomes useful input to it.
Does our team have to be involved?
The Tactical Timeline decides that. Some plans need regular input from your side, others mostly need me. Either way, the tasks and owners are agreed before Roadmap Rollout starts, so nobody’s surprised by their own to-do list.
What if priorities change mid-project?
The Tactical Timeline is a working document, and Roadmap Rollout inherits that. Changes get absorbed at the decision points built into the phases, and anything that alters the scope is discussed and agreed if it’s going to change the fee.
What happens if we pause or stop?
You’ll already have the deliverables from completed phases, so it’s up to you what to do next. You could hand the rest of the TT to your team or another supplier and nothing would be lost, though I’d rather you didn’t want to.
