Content decisions get sequenced before design decisions, design before build, and dependencies get mapped so nobody’s waiting on something nobody knew they were waiting on. The findings become phases, each with its own window, tasks, owners and deliverables, and the whole thing is built to be followed.

How is the fee decided?
From your findings: the number of phases, people and dependencies your plan needs to handle. You’ll get the quote at your findings call, it starts at £1,000, and it’s fixed before anything begins, so you know exactly what it involves.
Do we have to use you to deliver it?
No. The Tactical Timeline is written to be followed by whoever’s doing the work, you, your team, or me through Roadmap Rollout. It’s a complete plan, whoever holds it.
What if things change halfway through?
The Tactical Timeline is a working document, built to be adjusted as things develop rather than filed and forgotten. The decision points exist for exactly that, and because the phases are properly sequenced, changes get absorbed at the right moments instead of derailing everything.
